4. Purpose of processing personal data
The register is used to store information on the people participating in the aptitude assessments of FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy. This information is used to carry out aptitude assessments on behalf of the clients of FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy.
By participating in the assessment, the participants, i.e. the data subjects, give consent to disclose their personal information to the register. The participants have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The personal information is needed to carry out the aptitude assessments. Refusal to provide information may result in discontinuation of the assessment process.
The processing of personal data is based on the contracts between FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy and their clients to carry out aptitude assessments, management audits and coaching trainings.
FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy store the data of the assessments for two years after the assessment. The storing time is based on the limitations of the law. After this the information will be deleted.
At times, FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy do follow-up research to follow up on the quality of their procedures and assessments. When used for these purposes, information on the assessed individuals will be processed anonymously so that the respondents can't be recognized.
5. Data content of the register
The data subjects are the participants, who take part in aptitude assessment carried out on behalf of the clients of FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy. The information to be saved is stated and taken from the filled-out forms on the test platforms and from the answers to the tests. Information, that is filled in on the form by FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy, are name, email address and gender. In addition, all the information, such as language, employment and education background, that the persons themselves give, is saved in the register. The saved information also includes the assessment reports. The details of each person are deleted from the system 24 months after they have been saved.
6. Regular sources of information
The primary source of information is the participant themselves. This information can be supplemented by people involved in the assessment process of the client in question.
7. Regular disclosure of data
No register information is disclosed to outside parties, i.e. to parties not involved in the production, development or maintenance of assessment services of FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy.
If needed, FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy will disclose contact information (name, email address) to the testproviders used in the assessment. These providers are subcontractors of FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy and thus may process personal information.
Information is not disclosed to other third-party operators or used for other than above-named purposes without the consent of the data subject, unless disclosure is required by the law or on the orders of public authorities.
8. Data transfer outside EU or EEA
Register data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
9. Register protection principles
All personal data is kept confidential. Only specified employees of FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy have access to the register and have the right to process the data in the system. Access to the system is protected by personal user IDs and passwords. FennoType Oy / Fennolead Oy / Fennos North Stars Oy are responsible for the technical protection and data security of the content of the register. These protection methods are adequate and appropriate and are generally accepted in the data security industry. They are also kept up to date when it comes to technological development. Only designated persons have access to the servers in which the data is stored. The servers are protected against malwares and unauthorized access with firewalls and other data protection measures. Physical documents included in the register are kept in locked premises, and they are accessible only to designated persons.
10. Rights of the data subjects
The data subject has the right to inspect the data concerning themselves that is stored in the register. They also have the right to request correction, deletion or restriction of processing such data. Requests for inspection must be made in writing and sent by email to info@fennos.com. When asked for deletion of personal data, the controller will delete all information concerning the data subject in question, unless the law requires storing them. The data subject also has the right to transfer such data from one system to another.
The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time or refuse processing personal data concerning themselves. The data subject also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if they notice any grievance in the processing of personal data.
11. Changes to the privacy policy
Since we constantly improve and develop our services and websites, we may occasionally make changes to the data privacy statement. We will update the new data privacy statement on our website and mark the date of the update.
